Daily Lavender Education Tour

On this walking tour adults and children will enjoy learning ab0ut lavender, viewing farm animals, seeing a lavender distilling demonstration and entering the drying barn. Participants can stay in the Discovery Area as long as they like to enjoy the labyrinth, the hammock swings, the life size checkerboard or sit and relax in several areas to enjoy the lovely views. Tour includes U Pick of 20 stems when in bloom!

Lavender Farm to Table Dinner- Gypsy Jazz $75 pp

This lovely event is June 9th and will begin at 6:30 PM (rain or shine) with a gypsy jazz celebration on the Lavender Deck with french style Hors d'oeuvres to match the ferver of Gypsy Jazz. We will then share a four course meal farm to table style with a wine to match each course! Lavender is included in creative ways! Enjoy an enchanted and educational evening on the lavender farm under the stars! Registration now open!

Starter Course
Grilled chicken, shrimp and pineapple skewers 
with sweet & sour lavender bbq sauce
Wine: Traminette

Mascarpone stuffed grilled peach
With lavender balsamic glaze over local mixed greens
Wine: Imperial Gem Chardonnay

Entrée
Lavender, Fennel seed and pink peppercorn
crusted pork tenderloin with 
honey-glazed grilled baby carrots
and Lavender basmati rice
With Lavender & blood orange gastrique
Wine: Pardon My Purple

Lemon & lavender pound cake 
with lavender ice cream
Wine: Choice of Royale Velvet Port Style
