The Purple WOLF Tasting Room

"The Purple WOLF" is open year round with multiple bars! We now have fourteen wines, seasonal specialty wines and beer.

The Lavender Gift Shop

This delightfully fragrant farm store is situated directly off the front parking area tucked in behind our beautiful front gardens.  There is designated handicapped parking.  Our shop is fully wheelchair accessible.  You may enjoy sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch while enjoying our lavender ice cream!  We even include a small table and chair set for the little ones to play tic-tac-toe or read a book!

Visit our Discovery Area (Interactive gardens) year round

You may visit our Discovery Area year round. Our gardens are set up to be interactive. For example, we have a walking labyrinth, adult swings, life-size checkerboard, a beautiful pond and lending library boxes to help you relax and lower your anxiety.  Additionally, you are able to view our farm animals, learn about our lavender distiller and our lavender drying barn; QR codes are available around the property. Bring a picnic and enjoy relaxing at one of our picnic tables! 

$5 per person (children 2 & under are free.)  

Guided Seasonal Lavender Farm Tour 2024 ($12) & Educational Wine Tasting  ($32)  

This walking tour is guided by one of our "Experience Officers" and includes information about growing lavender, distilling, drying/cleaning flower buds, and a brief historic overview of White Oak Lavender Farm. You will get to observe and learn about our farm animals, have and during bloom season, each person will have the opportunity to cut 20 stems of lavender. It includes entrance to our Discovery Area, use of the walking labryinth, pond and life sized checkerboard. 

Time: 11am Reservations are not required but you are welcome to prepurchase. (Please check in at the Lavender Gift Shop & pay by 10:55am, as the tour starts at 11am, Educational Wine Tasting continues on after the tour ends).

Wine Tasting Extension to Guided Tour 

The Guided Wine Tasting is an optional extension of the Guided Lavender Tour. This will include everything on the guided tour plus a fulll wine tasting. Ultra relaxing! 

Cost $32 (Includes Guided Tour & Full Guided Wine Tasting) This is a great value if you were going to do a wine tasting after the tour. Must show valid ID to participate in Wine Tasting.

U-Pick: (June 1- July 14, 2024) Summer & Fall Lavender Bloom

You can pick as much lavender as you like anywhere on the farm. We provide the scissors and instructions! (Summer bloom typically starts the 1st week of June (June1-July 14, 2024) , Fall bloom typically starts the last week of August)

Summer Bloom Season: subject to weather each year, but typical season:

Angustifolia: Miss Katherine (dark pink) & Melissa (light pink) bloom 1st-2nd week of June
Angustifolia: Dark Supreme (Variegated light purple) bloom 1st-2nd week of June
Angustifolia: Imperial Gem (dark purple), Royal Velvet (mid-dark purple), Hidcote (dark purple), Folgate (mid-dark purple), Sachet (medium purple), Violet Intrigue (dark purple) bloom 3rd-4th week of June
Intermedia: Sensational (dark purple) bloom 3rd-4th week of June
Intermedia: Provence (light purple), White Provence (white), Grosso (dark purple), Impress Purple (dark purple), Vera (light purple) bloom 1st-2nd week of July

Cost: $8.00 for 50 stems, then $0.15/stem for any additional stems

Group Private tours ($12/person)

Private tours (Highschool and above) can be arranged for groups of 10 or more Thursday-Sunday at 10am!  Please call us or email to check availability.

Field Trips ($10/person)

Thursday/Friday 10am or Saturday/Sunday at 9am during tour season
Thursday-Sunday 11am when no seasonal guided tours

School groups, Summer Camps, Home School groups, Preschools, Mother’s Day Out, etc. Field trips are designed for participants (Middle school & below) to experience our beautiful outdoor setting.  Our field trips are very popular!  Participants interact with animals while learning about lavender and stress reducing practices that they can practice!  We also offer an age appropriate craft! Cost: $10 per person participating in activities. Teachers and Parent Volunteers are free (unless participating in craft). Complete our event request form.
